Shipping Policy for Prism DJ Booths
Processing Time: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order cutoff at 12 PM EST for same-day processing)
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Some items may have additional restrictions due to size, weight, or international regulations.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. For lost or delayed shipments, reach out to us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
